Up for sale is this Vintage Russian BN2 5x42 Night Vision Binoculars by Moonlight Products of San Diego, CA.
There was a lot of white powder in the battery compartment, indicating previous battery leakage. I did put some batteries in after cleaning up the battery terminals but the item did not power on. The On/Off switch may be oxidized.
Sold as found for Parts / Restoration. I hope you can fix them and go hunting.
