The MNVD can be employed as a hand-held, head-mounted, helmet-mounted, or weapon-mounted night vision device.
The MNVD can operate from either a single AA alkaline battery or CR123A battery, providing a run time of up to 40 hours.
Available in 40-degree or an extra-wide 51-degree field of view (FOV), you can maintain maximum situational awareness, easily navigate your surroundings and track moving vehicles and objects.
Hands-free operation is seamless using optional head and helmet mounting options – the MNVD senses the position it is in, shutting the unit off when moved up and out of the user’s line of sight, and automatically resuming operations when moved back into position for use, extending battery life and maintaining light discipline.
